Opening early in the morning for breakfast and again in the evening for a formal dinner, the restaurant welcomes each day with an exuberant energy and greets each night with an aura of elegance.

Offering an array of locally-sourced products as well as an on-site bakery, the restaurant caters to many different tastes. When it’s time for breakfast, the extensive buffet is bound to have your meal of choice –  whether you’re looking for a healthy dose of fresh fruit and thick yoghurt, craving a classic cooked breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausages and a side of freshly-squeezed orange juice, or simply in the mood for a buttery fresh pastry. With an abundant supply of both fresh and cooked ingredients to choose from, you have the luxury of sampling absolutely anything and everything until you are totally satisfied.

In true Greek style, the open-plan kitchen creates a warm and aromatic environment where you can watch the chefs prepare the day’s food. For those who are unsure of what to expect by way of Hellenic cuisine, the country’s cooking typically features a variety of dairy products, including thick yoghurt and cheeses that range from soft and creamy to hard and dry, made from either sheep, goat or cow’s milk.

Crispy phyllo pastry, crunchy rusks and bagels are also common to mealtimes, sometimes in addition to a loaf of freshly-baked bread. When it comes to meat, traditional favourites include roast lamb and stewed rabbit as well as minced pork or beef  – used to make mouthwatering meatballs and homestyle pasta dishes. Greek kitchens are also known to produce delicious vegetable-based foods, usually involving a mixture of succulent tomatoes, zucchini, green beans, aubergine, potatoes, celery and lentils. Of course, every dish is made with olive oil from local regions and prepared with an array of fragrant herbs, including basil, rosemary and oregano.

At sundown, the restaurant takes on an elegant vibrancy as guests are invited to an evening of upscale dining. With the very best in Mediterranean and International cuisine on offer, the restaurant lets you take pleasure in the rich flavours and textures of diverse seasonal dishes whilst sipping a glass of your favourite wine.
